Mei Mei Cheng DMD LLC is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Jersey, NJ

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Taking digital x rays
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- record medical history and medication
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and instruments
- Proficiency in taking dental X-rays and using dental software systems
- Familiar with using itero is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Knowledge of medical coding and billing is preferred but not required
