Job Overview:

MegaplanIT seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. The Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of our team, responsible for creating engaging marketing materials, designing an intuitive website, and visually representing our brand at trade shows and in various digital platforms. This role combines marketing savvy with graphic design skills to ensure all visual and textual content aligns with our brand standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing graphics for both print and digital platforms

- Use software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other tools to produce high-quality designs

- Ensure brand consistency in all visual assets

- Design and create marketing materials, including brochures, posters, email campaigns, and digital ads.

- Lead the design and ongoing enhancement of the company's website to improve user experience and aesthetics.

- Plan, organize, and create visually appealing booth and banner designs for trade shows.

- Update and maintain sales and service delivery templates, including PowerPoint presentations.

- Take ownership of marketing campaigns, from conceptualization through execution, including SEO and social media content updates.

- Design and order promotional items (SWAG), business cards, and manage inventory.

- Plan and organize local marketing events to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into designs

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role with a strong emphasis on graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and SEO.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous design and marketing work is required.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in Figma, and other design software
• Knowledge of print advertising, digital art, and stigmatise design
• Familiarity with color management techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
