Purpose:
MegaFood is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Analyst, DTC to advance our analytics capabilities and build a strong foundation for data-driven decision making across the team. The ideal candidate is well-versed in a range of marketing and ecommerce technologies and platforms, with a deep understanding of the data provided by each and how they connect to each other in the digital ecosystem. You’ll use this data to help drive growth on MegaFood.com and surface key insights about our customers’ behavior to the full organization. This role will work closely with brand, product, creative, sales and agency partners to quantify the impact of marketing activity and forecast future performance.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a detailed, accurate forecast of DTC sales performance and KPIs
  • Ensure the accuracy of data flowing between various ecomm and marketing tools
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track performance metrics across the full customer lifecycle
  • Quantify the drivers of new customer acquisition by developing a framework to measure the incremental impact of channels, messaging, and offer
  • Oversee a cross-functional A/B testing roadmap and aid in the design and readout of experiments across the site, ad channels, and email/SMS
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses on customer cohorts and behaviors to find opportunities to increase LTV
  • Socialize data insights and practices across the team
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, marketing, or related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with ecommerce and/or digital marketing data
  • In-depth experience with at least one leading ecommerce platform (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Magento). Direct Shopify experience a plus
  • Must have experience implementing or managing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
  • Demonstrated strong data visualization skills and experienced in using data tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI
  • Familiarity with commonly used advertising and CRM platforms
  • Proven ability to connect data insights to action to drive business outcomes
  • Strong communicator and collaborator

This position is hybrid-remote out of Londonderry, NH
