Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Information Systems Help Desk person to join our growing operation. In this role, you will provide technical and support services for local college IT systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical and support services in the installation, configuration, operation maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnosis of computer hardware and software
• Support Students, Staff, and Faculty by performing diagnosis and resolutions of technical issues as related to the use and performance of all campus personal computers through hands-on and Help Desk Functions
• Assist in the maintenance and reporting related to hardware and inventory database
• Coordinate vendor support between the College and manufacturer representative for hardware and software information for computer systems
• Maintain information about equipment installation
• Keep a clean and organized workspace
• Responsible for inventory of computer hardware

Requirements and Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of multiple versions of Windows products, computer workstation / desktop hardware, software and peripherals
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
