Summary of Main Duties:Assists in all aspects of classroom management and supervision of children in an early childhood classrooms. This position is 40 hours per week.Job Duties:Guide our youngest learners, leading lessons that encourage cognitive growth, provide emotional and social support and demonstrate positive guidance techniques to encourage behavior. Create and implement engaging curriculum that promotes active learning through a variety of activities. Supervise and instruct Teacher Assistants, who support the classroom by creating a fun, educational, clean and safe environment.
