1 Construction Project Coordinator Job in Hoffman, IL
Medxcel is Hiring a Construction Project Coordinator Near Hoffman, IL
- Data entry and support for project initiation, contracting, invoicing, and status reporting.
- Perform purchase order maintenance and accounts payable research including vendor information/updates and insurance verification.
- Assist Project Manager with change management and the approval process.
- Update PM software with schedule and cost information.
- Manage the document control function and electronic file management.
- Perform routine close out of projects including record drawings, lien waivers, and financial reconciliation.
- Assist PM with quotes and purchase orders for minor and major medical equipment.
- Provide meeting and calendar support for the statewide program and all related meetings.
- Train vendors & contractors on eBuilder and required processes.
- Perform all other duties as required.
- High School Diploma required
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business or other relevant area preferred
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration, working in a complex environment required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Construction process knowledge and experience required.
- Experience with electronic cost processing and financial knowledge required.
