Position Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including cleaning, maintenance, tracking, and logistics support related to medical equipment. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Clean the IV room and IV area daily (depending on training) to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

· Complete Daily Logs accurately and on time to document activities and maintain records.

· Track, return, clean, and test pumps to ensure equipment is in optimal condition for reuse.

· Send out forms to facilities to receive pumps back; make follow-up phone calls; work with Account Managers to locate pumps and arrange logistics for pickup.

· Scan packing slips into the system to maintain accurate inventory records.

· Assist the inventory department with packaging duties and inventory maintenance.

· Assist with packing/toting.

· Ensuring timely delivery departures.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Registration with State of NJ, willingness to enroll into PTCB certification program.

· Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

· Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm Rotating weekends 9am - 7pm.
