- Opening and sorting Pre-paid Envelopes from Providers.
- Sort billing packets by Provider and Date of Service order.
- Log batches in a spreadsheet.
- Complete tracking sheets for Biller.
- Complete Header Forms.
- Uploads billing packets.
- Group documents in batch prep.
- Sends email confirmation to Client.
- Cover reception area – switch Board, greeting walk-ins and assisting with electronic files when needed.
- Adobe Pro knowledge.
- Strong computer skills, knowledge and understanding.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Positive, dependable, energetic team player.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Quick learner and organized.
- Attention to Detail.
