About the Job
Job Title: Cash Poster
Position Type: Full Time Hourly Position - In Office.
Reports to:
- Reimbursement Analyst Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Grabbing EFTs.
- Posting EFTs into Med Clarity System.
- Posting Medicare payments into Med Clarity System.
- Posting direct payments into Med Clarity System.
- Researching and printing EOBs for checks that come without EOBs.
- Releasing ERAs.
- Balancing direct payments and daily deposit.
- WRMR report.
- Support mailroom if needed.
- Grabbing bank reports.
- Putting lockboxes together.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous cash posting experience.(Preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be proficient with office equipment (i.e. Copier, Scanner, Fax machine)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Positive individual that has the ability and desire to function in a high volume, fast paced, team environment.
