General Description

TVG-Medulla, LLC company, is a high-growth organization that powers two high-quality chiropractic care organizations, Chiro One Wellness Centers and MyoCore Personalized Pain Care clinics. With over 80 clinics across the nation, our clinic care teams provide non-invasive, drug-free chiropractic care to thousands of patients each month.

The Revenue Cycle Coordinator performs daily general departmental operations, administrative tasks and assist with projects and team-specific tasks as needed.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Submit electronic insurance claims.
• Make requested edits to patient files.
• Maintain data entry reconciliation log.
• Set up and maintain electronic patient files.
• General clerical work—examples: mail sorting and distribution, collating, faxing, e-mailing, etc.
• Provide support to other teams within department.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong computer skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous office experience
