Chiro One Wellness Centers is the chief brand at TVG-Medulla, LLC company and all its operations, revenue generation, and patient care model adaptations/enhancements are driven through the SVP of Clinical Operations. This 130 location brand includes a mature group of clinics, some over 15 years in practice, that were primarily founded in Chicagoland, but also through De Novo expansion and M&A have grown nationwide. The organization regularly strives for 10-15% growth in same-store sales along with growth in footprint/number of clinics.

The organization and particularly the Clinical Operations team prides itself on a fun, casual, warm, but very gritty environment that loves to accomplish unprecedented success year after year. Direct, caring, and open perspective communication is our preferred language of choice and is what we strive to instill in every clinic/location through leadership development of our doctors. The work is diverse and can range from leading and guiding doctors and entry-level employees to building requirements/executing process improvement to modeling compensation plans, managing financial budgets, and creating expansion plans to modernizing our pitch and the patient/doctor relationship to much, much more.

Day-to-day would include:

• Work directly with the SVP of Clinical Operations to support all aspects of daily work.
• Triage incoming requests/needs, manage scheduling, redirect matters to team to handle, or handle matters personally as within scope, and exercise discretion in committing time/evaluating incoming requests/needs.
• Exude an energetic persona, deliver inviting presentations, and attend mixers for existing employees, new hires, and external parties and enthusiastically deliver our value proposition/insight on our care model in a variety of settings.
• Coordinate, monitor, and communicate projects and programs managed by the Clinical Operations department and play a key role in efforts both within and outside the department. This also includes assisting in PMO activities, project planning, prioritization, execution, flow of communication, change management, training, and inspection/analysis of ongoing results.
• Investigate and navigate interpersonal conflicts occurring within teams to regain positive, results-driven environments both within clinics and the department team.
• Support the SVP in research, development of presentations, creating/maintaining spreadsheets and agendas, and summarizing action plans/key takeaways from meetings attended with both internal and external audiences. These may include documenting performance improvement plans and continued monitoring of their adherence.
• Manage Smart Sheet workflows, VBA code, and video editing software to augment playbooks, create automated functions, and streamline clinical understanding of our technology suite. Work with technology experts to design requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing to augment clinical process improvements.
• Prepare lesson plan content and maintain updates across current clinical learning tools.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
• Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties, including monitoring expenses, verifying contracts, calculating bonuses, spot-checking systems/workflows, and conducting routine audits on data, etc.

Ideal candidate pre-requisites:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in professional atmosphere, particularly in a job that required jack of all trades. MBA/healthcare management experience is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented self-starter.
• Sound judgment and strong prioritization/decision-making skills.
• Eager and energetic to tackle new ideas and oversee projects.
• Comfortable interacting with executives and doctors. Maintains composure when challenged in conversation.
• Resourceful, communicative, and solutions-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in some or all the following: project management, financial statements, technology implementations, change management, start-ups, strategic planning, medical documentation, and insurance/healthcare reimbursements.
• Leadership and management experience, minimally of a function or project.
• Thrives in a fast pace and maintains efficient response-times.
• Cultivates productive, positive, and supportive working relationships.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and also Smart Sheet and VBA understanding/quick-study capabilities.
• Reliable mathematical calculations. Abilities to compile/analyze large data sets and come up with conclusive results.
• Exceptional and effusive written communication/editing abilities that invoke connection to a diverse audience via email, social intranet, and memos, including incorporating visual elements.
