More Information about us and the role:

About the clinic and the job:

- Most of our patients are over 65 and we provide remote patient monitoring and chronic care management to our patients. We provide remote patient monitoring and chronic care management to our patients and we have a team to help you with that. We developed our own EMR which means we can make adjustments to it as needed. We will provide you with a Mac or PC laptop – whichever you prefer.

- Washington allows for the most independent NP practice in the nation - no physician supervision, no chart review. We don’t second-guess the providers’ clinical decisions and we don’t have many meetings. We don’t have employees who spend all their time making charts and graphs showing our colon cancer screening rate compliance instead of helping the providers. We don’t mandate screening for depression, anxiety, tobacco use, alcohol use, gun ownership, etc… at every single visit. We let you practice nursing/medicine.

- The work schedule is flexible as long as it is reasonable. We’d like you seeing patients at least four days per week, but one of those days can be telehealth visits from your home if you prefer. We’d like to maintain normal business hours of 8am-5pm but can adjust this to 8-4, 9-6, etc if you desire. We want you to have a schedule that works for you so that you can do your best for our patients.

- We treat all our employees like humans and friends. When an employee is ill, they get to stay home. When an employee’s child or dependent is sick, they get to stay home. When an employee needs to leave for a few hours for a personal emergency, we let them.

- Our employees are nice, welcoming people. No bullying, no mean girls behavior. We listen to music and joke around. Going to work no longer has to be something you dread!

- We pay a base hourly rate plus a percentage of your monthly revenue (gross, not net). If you are a go-getter, we look forward to paying you more for that extra work and patient care! We also provide really good health insurance benefits.

- We accept COVID vaccine exemptions as we do not believe it is our place to question your faith or your healthcare provider.
