As a key team member, you will have a leadership opportunity to make an impact supporting the Medtronic Product DNA Program; a major transformational program that will create a connected thread of non-transactional product data to support the entire product lifecycle. This will specifically drive changes and interfaces within our overall eco-system (PLM, MES and ERP). This program is planned as a multi- year program that will have multiple projects, waves of deployment. Reporting to the Sr. Director - Product DNA Implementation Lead in Global Operations and Enterprise Excellence, you will make a major impact across the entire enterprise is bringing the Medtronic Mission to our patients. This role carries with it the opportunity to lead the Operations Process Development Workstream for the Medtronic Product DNA program. Product DNA is an enterprise wide transformation program looking at driving simplification and efficiency to help better deliver our products to our patients.A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes.
• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
