Position is remote with a full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6pm schedule.

MedStar PatientFinancial Services currently has an opportunity for an experienced PatientAccounts Specialist to join our team! The selected individual will begin their MedStar Patient Accountingcareer in our customer service department (call center environment) respondingto customer inquiries regarding patient accounts and assisting in resolvingissues and concerns. Associate may be cross trained to cover otherareas within the Patient Financial Services department.

Weare specifically looking for BILINGUAL (Spanish) candidates who have experience in medical billing,claim denials, submitting claim appeals, and/or healthcare call center. Successful candidates will have systems experience in IDX and/or SMS Invision.
