Unit Highlights

4 East/West is a 32 bed medical unit that serves a variety of patientswith general medical problems. The unit focuses on the immediate and earlymanagement of adult patients presenting with a wide range of conditions, suchas renal failure, sickle cell crisis, diabetes, pneumonia, and congestive heartfailure. The unit aims to improve patient outcomes by preventing furthercomplications, reducing length of stay, and enhancing patient and associatesatisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
