MedStaffers is looking to build the right team of caregivers to assist our clients. Our clients would love to stay in their homes but just needs some additional support --We have several clients with varying needs and shifts, hours can be flexible. Assistance includes helping with ADL'S and IADL'S to remain independent in the home. Some clients are also in need of companionship--playing cards, listening to music and/or reading to them... Responsibilities May Include:

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
• Assistance with ambulation, transfers, and exercises
• Light housekeeping such as dusting, vacuuming, washing dishes, and laundry
• Running errands such as grocery shopping and transportation to medical appointments
• Preparation and serving of meals and snacks
• Medication Reminders
• Companionship

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of home care experience, preferred (but we will train the right person!)
• Reliable vehicle or transportation
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check and complete (or provide) a 2 step TB test
