MedStaffers is looking to build the right team of caregivers for Every Saturday and Sunday. We have Day and evening shift available, 8 hour shifts to assist our client one on one with personal care, companionship and assist with meals. Our client is bedbound . Client is in the Cumberland County prison. Nursing care provides direct oversight and constant monitoring is provided by the prison staff for safety. Caregiver has the flexibility of providing single or double shifts during the weekend. Our client is not in the general population. Responsibilities May Include:

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
• Assistance with ambulation, transfers, and exercises
• Light housekeeping such as dusting, vacuuming, washing dishes, and laundry
• Running errands such as grocery shopping and transportation to medical appointments
• Preparation and serving of meals and snacks
• Medication Reminders
• Companionship

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of home care experience, preferred (but we will train the right person!)
• Reliable vehicle or transportation
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check and complete (or provide) a 2 step TB test
