We are looking for the right Caregiver to provide care and campanionship for our client in a professional and compassionate manner in Waynesboro Pa. Our client is in need of a full time Direct care worker to assist with ADL'S and IADL'S, light housekeeping and Laundry. Our client's appreciate staff assistance so client may remain in their home comfortably. This is a very satisfying and rewarding position, since people who are ill, injured, disabled or elderly are thankful for high quality assistance. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Provide support and companionship

Skills

• Proven experience as a caregiver
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $13.00 per hour
