Seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join a robust team as the Dental Director! You will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, diagnose and treat dental conditions, as well as provide oversight for the entire Dental Practice. Leadership/management experience is required!

Duties of the Dental Director:

• Perform dental examinations, including evaluating the condition of teeth and gums, diagnosing dental diseases or abnormalities, and developing treatment plans
• Administer anesthetics to patients as needed
• Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive measures
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests to determine the extent of dental problems
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for patient care, including infection control and medical coding
• Oversee all aspects of the practice including budget, patient care, clinical staff supervision, staffing, marketing, quality control etc.
