Our client is actively seeking an accomplished Director of Nursing to oversee an impressive portfolio of 18 skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and assisted living facilities (ALFs) in the South Jersey region.

Position: Director of Nursing - Southern Jersey Region

Role Overview: In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the leadership of clinical operations across a network of 18 facilities, ensuring the highest standards of care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Our client seeks a seasoned professional with a proven track record in healthcare leadership and a deep understanding of overseeing multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Leadership: Bring your wealth of experience to lead and inspire clinical teams, promoting a culture of excellence in patient care.
  2. Strategic Oversight: Utilize your strategic mindset to optimize staffing, enhance operational efficiency, and drive positive clinical outcomes.
  3. Regulatory Excellence: Navigate and lead efforts to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring all 18 facilities are survey-ready at all times.
  4. Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with executive leadership and facility administrators to align regional goals and foster a cohesive, high-performing team.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Extensive leadership experience in healthcare administration, specifically overseeing 18 facilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, survey processes, and a successful track record in maintaining compliance.
  • Proven ability to drive positive clinical outcomes, enhance patient satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency.
