We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Educator to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn NY. Position Overview:
As a Nurse Educator you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nurses at various stages of their careers. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff, including orientation programs, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to assess the learning needs of the nursing staff and develop targeted educational interventions.
  • Utilize innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance the learning experience.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through assessments and feedback, making continuous improvements as needed.
  • Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Stay current with advancements in nursing practice, healthcare technology, and educational best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NY.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Previous experience in nursing education, curriculum development, and program evaluation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology for educational purposes.

Salary:
$115,000 - $120,000
