Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Peer Support Supervisor to join our team. As a Peer Support Supervisor you will be responsible for providing emotional and social support, listening, sharing experience, and teaching skills to help gain and/or sustain recovery and also supervise peer staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the duties of peer support specialist and sometimes step into the role of peer support.

Must have Peer Support Supervisor credentials and be willing to work in a fast-paced and growing mental health services company. Candidate must be able to communicate well with staff and be able to

• Promote socialization, recovery, self-advocacy preservation, and enhancement of community living skills for consumers; and to complete and maintain documentation of peer support specialists as well as clients.
• Candidate must be able to voice concerns to peer support specialists and to educate and facilitate a professional atmosphere for clients.
