Description
The primary function of the Vision Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist is to develop and execute individual rehabilitation plans for patients with visual impairment. The Vision Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist works collaboratively with the Low Vision Optometrist and facilitates referrals to community partners including rehabilitation teachers, orientation and mobility specialists, education coordinators, mental health providers, physical therapists, and social services agencies.
