Offsite Site Manager
The location will be Queens Village.
MedRite Urgent Care is a fast-growing organization that provides patients with a modern solution for urgent medical treatment and routine healthcare to improve their quality of life.
We are seeking a dynamic offsite Site Manager who lives our core values of being caring, knowledgeable, and exceptional with a passion for serving our patients. Our team members deliver an impeccable patient experience and treat everyone like family. The offsite Site Manager will be responsible for an offsite project operation in a hotel setting located in Long Island City, New York. The offsite Site Manager will lead the team on site and work collaboratively with M team members, hotel staff, and Senior Leadership.
The primary population on this project are immigrants or guests that predominately speak Spanish. The ideal candidate for this position should be a natural leader, comfortable in clinical settings, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description:
The offsite Site Manager will:
· Spend most of their time (90%) on hotel grounds to observe and ensure that all project operations are running smoothly, including monitoring foot traffic across all service stations at the hotel and ensuring guests receive high quality customer service.
· Foster a culture of collaboration on hotel grounds.
· Learn to provide ongoing coaching and accountability for each team member in their role utilizing the performance management cycle.
· Address performance issues with M Senior Leadership.
· Coach and provide feedback on performance with consistency.
· Seek ways to recognize and reward the performance of team members.
· Address patient and/or guests concerns and feedback with immediacy.
· Support M Senior Leaders in efficiently managing resources, labor, services, supplies, and materials and identify opportunities to improve.
· Ensure the flawless execution of brand standards, including surgical cleanliness, on hotel grounds.
· Support creating schedules and processing payroll for centers.
· Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures.
· Ensure the quality of lab or clinical processes in partnership with providers and medical assistants.
· Assume other duties as assigned and warranted.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
· Bi-lingual reqired (fluent in Spanish)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Work weekend days to ensure leadership coverage seven days a week.
· Ability to cover and support staff shifts, as necessary.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
· Keen attention to detail.
· Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· EMR experience preferred.
· Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $58,500.00 per year
