The Opportunity:

• Company has invested in a top performer executive management team to ensure all of residential operations are evenly and reliably distributed
• Clinical oversight/management of 3 treatment programs for male and female residents ages 10 – 17.

Requirements:

• LCSW or LPC Required
• Clinical management experience with Adolescents as a Director of Clinical Services in a similar setting.
• Inpatient Psychiatric or Inpatient Residential Treatment Center Social Work/Clinical Services supervisory experience required.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills & strong communication skills.
• Strong group leadership, negotiation, and group dynamic skills.
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Knowledge/experience in program development.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to population served: children and adolescents 11 to 17 years of age.
• Must possess ability to communicate directly and effectively with physicians, community leaders, diverse client population, families and all levels of staff.
