We have two full-time direct placement position available with our client in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 

The first position will be 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

The center is a 73-bed SNF offering ACCELerate Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. ACCELerate is designed to help patients get back home as quickly as possible after a hosptial stay.

The second position will be 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

The center is a SNF offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation, as well as long-term and respite care.
