To be able to work safety and follow all safety guidelines.
Able to work a 12 hour night shift
Identify safety problems and support solutions.
Pull and set molds from presses IMM, IBM.
Pull and set EOAT for robotics along with minor set up of robots.
Support set up of auxiliary equipment.
Support material supply to presses as needed.
Respond to machine alarms and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
Ensure production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
Identify quality defects and take corrective actions.
Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing area.
Work with other people in a respectful manner.
Proactively engage and support company policies to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection, and continual improvement.
