Our injection devices are used in a variety of therapeutic areas, helping patients living with diabetes, supporting fertility treatment and even being an option for low-impact cancer therapy. Job DescriptionAs a Development Engineer at at Haselmeier, you will:Develop new drug delivery products and adapt existing technologies for customer’s drug productsCore responsibility for the design throughout development phase from design input to design verificationPrepare requirements, 3D-CAD, drawings, engineering analysis, risk management and test plansTechnical interface to external development partners, suppliers, and customersCreate product and development documentation throughout the entire projectProvide cross-departmental support for engineering tasks and technical support of quotation requestsQualificationsCompleted studies in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, precision engineering, mechatronics, medical technology) or similar education / experienceAt least 3 years of professional experience in the development of medical devicesProficient in mechanical design and tolerance analysisGood knowledge of design with plastics (especially injection molded plastics)Proficient knowledge of 3D CAD systems, ideally SolidWorksQuality mindset with knowledge of relevant regulations, quality standards and technical norms such as EU MDR, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 4, ISO 13485, ISO 11608 and ISO 14971Proficient in the use of MS Office applicationsProficient in English, both written and spoke- German is a nice to haveGood technical experience is a must Additional InformationAdditional information:Fulltime, 80- 100%Possibility to work Hybrid (1-2 days home office)Ideal candidate: organized, self-motivated, curious Benefits:30 days vacationSodexo benefits and rewards servicesCompany pension schemeCapital-forming benefitsA friendly working atmosphere in an international environmentAccident insurancePrivate travel health insurance, baggage insuranceMobile working and much more
