ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Incorporates appropriate assessment and intervention and/or technical skills in all interactions and/or delivery of patient care.
  • Safety and protection; assessment; intervention/technical skills; evaluation; and equipment use/management.
  • Communicates with patients, team members, and management in an accurate, timely manner.
  • Talks with, listens to patients/team members; Reports pertinent, concise information; complete, timely charting; computer charting/ordering; protects confidentiality of patient/colleagues.
  • Applies critical thinking skills and considers alternatives.
  • Organizes multitask workload; prioritizes tasks/work; seeks assistance; collects/integrates data from multiple sources; organizes job tasks or delivers care for multiple tasks or patients, per scope of position. Maintains awareness and contributes to department specific quality initiatives
  • Develops and maintains human care relationships.
  • Integrates the influence of the human experience of health, illness, &/or healing during interactions with patients and staff; adapts care or communication for diverse populations and environments; advocates for needs of clients; provides communication and/or care in ethical and legal manner; refers concerns/issues to appropriate resources.
  • Manages self and resources effectively.
  • Acknowledges limits of experience and capability; identifies learning needs and seeks resources; utilizes equipment and supplies appropriately; maintains clean, orderly environment of work; ensures traffic control in “sensitive areas”; seeks out and accepts feedback; requests assistance appropriately

  • Provides age–appropriate care/service; applies knowledge of expected norms during implementation of care/service (i.e. – industry standards, lab values/norms, assessment, etc); applies new data/knowledge to improve care/service (ie. incorporates newly learned information to job tasks);Integrates technical, psychological, social, intellectual, and physical skills.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • BLS Certification - Required
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy or MS in Physical Therapy issued by State of New Hampshire, or qualified to take New Hampshire written licensing examination for physical therapists as evidence by letter or statement signed by authorized New Hampshire physical therapy licensing official - Required

Pay: From $39.00 per hour
