The Food and Nutrition Department provides high quality nutrition care to our patients and guests. The Food and Nutrition Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manages and coordinates the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations in order to ensure quality services. This includes patient services, retail services, catering services and in-patient clinical services for the health system.
• Serves as subject matter expert and coordinates process improvement projects.
• Leads teams and establishes deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions.
• Specializes in the planning, management and execution of patient centered projects.
• Responsible for assisting Director with implementation of and recommendations for strategies to meet health system strategic plan and be consistent with the health system's mission, vision and values.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate's degree in nutrition or business related field, Certification as a Dietary Manager, or Culinary Certification. - Required
• Degree in Dietetics or Food Management/Nutrition or any other program approved by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics which leads to registration as a Registered Dietitian - Preferred
• 2 years supervisory/administrative experience in institutional food service and clinical dietetics. - Preferred

• Registered with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian - Preferred

• Licensed as a Dietitian in Oklahoma - Preferred

• Must have a food handlers card and Serv Safe certification - Required
• Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License - Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.31 - $51.14 per hour
