Clinical Lab Scientist 1: $31.08 - $39.84/hr** and up (rate of pay range quoted is for 0-20 years of experience, rate is higher with more years of experience, PLUS shift differentials where applicable) 

• Clinical Lab Scientist 1: Associate of Science degree, MLT, ASCP certified or equivalent, Generalist
• Clinical Lab Scientist 2: Bachelor of Science degree, MT (MLS), ASCP certified or equivalent, Generalist or MLT with responsibility over an area in the Lab in additional to working as a Generalist.

• Associates Degree in Medical Technology or Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology. Required.
• National Registry as Medical Laboratory Technician(MLT) by ASCP or Clinical Laboratory Scientist( CLS) by NCA or equivalent. Required.
• Successful completion of registry exam for Medical Laboratory Technician or Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
