We're a family owned start-up trying to change the landscape of BBQ in Chicago, and we're looking for the right people with the same drive and love for great tasting food.

1) Submit your application
2) After we receive your application we will reach out and schedule a 5-10 minute interview over the phone on the same day. During the call we will chat about your experience, pay expectations, and other get to know you style questions.
3) If all goes well, a second PAID working interview is scheduled so you can show us you're the right individual for the job!
The right individual:
● Has 5 years of barbecue pit experience.
● Has 5 years food service experience.
● Is capable of working in a fast environment.
● Is a proven problem solver, with attention to detail.
● Has reliable transportation.
● Stays on task unsupervised.
● Will show up on time consistently.
● Is a team player willing to help out to get the job done.
● Has an interest in becoming a manager, eventually.
