Responsibilitieswill include but not limit to:

• Perform vision therapy work-ups, vision therapy re-evaluations and office visits for children and adults
• Analyze test results and develop a treatment plan

Requirements:

• Valid O.D license in the state of NY

Salary:

• $75 per hour- open for negotiations for the right fit!

Schedule:

• No nights
• Sundays only- potential to increase
• 10AM-6PM- preferred
