Overview of Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with the daily living activities they may struggle with like ensuring they get to the cafeteria safely, eat a safe meal, have a good shower, and take their medication. Consider yourself their right hand person.
- Help residents keep a tidy room by cleaning linens, changing beds, and picking-up
- Documenting the care you provide as well as any change in health that you may see during your shift (this organization utilized EPIC as there EMR system)
- Certified Nursing License or Nursing Assistant Registration or Home Care Aide Certification
- CPR / BLS Cert
- 1 year plus of working with elderly population
- Previous Experience in a large assisted living facility
- Bi-Lingual (Korean, Japanese , Cantonese, Vietnamese)
- Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5PM
1040 hours (approximately 6.5 months). Opportunity to convert to permanent hire after satisfactory completion of contract.
