Job Title: Registered Nurse Field Assessor
Pay Rate: $35 - $40/hour - (100% Mileage paid)
Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Field Work - Arkansas

Job Summary:

• As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor, you will be completing a field-based functional assessment. These hands-off assessments require you to work closely with clients/guardians/families to determine the functional level of independence.
• You will travel to and from appointments at Provider offices, client homes, and other community meeting locations within a specific region of Arkansas. Mileage is reimbursed door to door. Travel is within the designated work day.
• You must be able to communicate in a culturally sensitive manner with clients whose support needs are varied. You will be able to prioritize and organize your own work to meet agreed-upon deadlines and work with Supervisors and teams to solve more complex challenges. This is a highly supportive environment for all team members.
• The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy and be able to manipulate a Windows-based assessment on a laptop computer in real time for documentation purposes. It's all about helping people.

Must have:

• Active RN license
• One year of working directly with clients of all ages.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from appointments at Provider offices, client homes, or other designated locations within a specific region in Arkansas.
• Ability to navigate a Windows environment to complete the assessment. The ability to create, edit, save, and send Microsoft Word documents and emails is helpful.
• Typing and Computer literacy tests needed
• This team is extremely supportive and focused on individual and team success.
• Work is Monday – Friday with overtime options for Saturday work
• The position is field-based orientation/training virtual.
• Interviews will be conducted electronically with the Associate Director reviewing responsibilities, requirements, and skill sets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
