Medix is Hiring a Referrals Coordinator Near Spring, TX
Medix is currently hiring for a Referrals Coordinator for an orthopedic clinic in the Spring area.
If you have any healthcare or medical office experience APPLY TODAY!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Process patient referrals for the practices in the market
- Facilitates orders to outside facilities
- Coordinate scheduling of office visits for the referred patient
- Assist patient with finding resources that accept the various insurances
- Obtains pre-authorization from payers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
- High school diploma
- Team player who takes initiative
- Great customer service skills
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
