Medical Receptionist We are currently hirning for a Medical Receptionist in Westfield, NJ.
Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing great customer service in person and over the phone by providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
Additional responsibilities include:

• Performing patient registration, including going bedside and behind the desk admitting
• Performing insurance verifications and data entry (demographic information)
• Obtaining the collection of co-pays and necessary signatures

RequirementsSuccessful candidates for the Medical Receptionist role must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced medical office.
Additional requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar receptionist / secretary role, preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
