**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, following traditional and modern recipes. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare a wide range of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies - Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands - Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets - Ensure all products meet quality standards and food safety regulations - Decorate cakes and pastries as needed - Package finished products for display or sale - Maintain a clean and organized work area **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role in the food industry - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Ability to bake a variety of products from scratch - Strong attention to detail and time-management skills - Excellent customer service skills - Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus - Familiarity with food preparation techniques - Experience in cake decorating is desirable If you are passionate about baking and creating delicious treats, we would love to have you join our team as a Baker.
