Job Overview: Embark on a fulfilling career as a Client Services Coordinator (CSC) at Meditech Clinical Services, where you'll be the crucial point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of new client interactions and administrative processes, contributing to the growth of our client base and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Key Responsibilities:

Client Intake:

  • Extend a warm welcome, assisting clients with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Conduct comprehensive client intake interviews, gathering vital information for appointments and actively contributing to laboratory’s growth.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client information and file management.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • work on potential new business development leads.

Insurance Verification:

  • Efficiently manage insurance information from clients.
  • Ability to use software to check patient insurance eligibility.
  • Provide feedback for eligibility in a timely manner.

Scheduling:

  • Coordinate appointments for patients and phlebotomists, ensuring optimal scheduling efficiency.
  • Maintain and update the blood draw and specimen pick-up log.

Data Entry:

  • Execute precise and timely data entry, updating client information.
  • Maintains accurate and complete documentation in client and patient records to continuously improve the customer service process and meet regulation requirements.

Correspondence Tracking:

  • Monitor and track incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients and ordering providers.
  • Track customer service metrics.

General Office Duties:

  • Facilitate coordination and tracking of office supplies inventory.
  • Prepare testing supplies and mail packages as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and a vehicle
  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a laboratory, physician office, hospital or other healthcare sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs Suite
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, call center environment
  • Great communication skills
  • A responsible and conscientious nature
  • Great problem-solving aptitude
  • Attention to detail and excellent quality
