Job Description: This position offers a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus and a Flexible Hybrid Work Schedule!
Job Summary: As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide a variety of ambulatory behavioral health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, case management, and psychotherapeutic intervention to individuals, families, groups, and/or Intensive Outpatient Programs.
Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and evaluate psychological and mental status of patients using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
Provide psychotherapy and counseling utilizing evidence-based interventions and modalities.
Assess urgent or high-risk clinical situations and make appropriate interventions, including coordinating referrals and admissions to specialized facilities.
Plan, develop, implement, and lead therapeutic and educational groups to address patient needs.
Research and collect data relating to diagnosis, formulate evidence-based treatment interventions, and assist in establishing clinical best practices.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team members to support assessments and decision-making, acting as a consultant as needed.
Maintain clinical expertise, document clinical assessments and treatment plans, and participate in clinical team meetings and quality management activities.
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Psychology from an American Psychological Association (APA) approved program in clinical psychology or from an accredited institution meeting Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) 16-98-9.
Psychologist License (Hawaii).
National Provider Identifier required at hire.
Basic Life Support required at hire from American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in providing evidence-based treatment and writing treatment plans.
Knowledge and experience in conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations using DSM.
Familiarity with frequently used psychiatric medications and statistical/analytical methods.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in adaptability, change management, conflict resolution, decision making, and more.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-approved program in clinical psychology or from an accredited institution meeting HAR 16-98-9.
Psychologist License (Hawaii).

Basic Life Support required at hire from American Heart Association.
