$68,860 - $92,100 - $115,340

The Scoop:

The Documentation and Training Manager is directly responsible to the DOI Manager for coordinating all activities related development of project documentation and training. This position will transition to operations and continue through the life of the contract.

What You Get To Do: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Defining and enforcing documentation standards upon all materials developed under this project
  • Developing, publishing, and maintaining system documentation
  • Maintaining an indexed, current inventory of all documentation associated with the project
  • Developing and improving documentation quality control processes to ensure that materials associated with the project are of the highest quality
  • Developing training materials to ensure that State and MedImpact staff are equipped to perform the tasks associated with their positions
  • Presenting training to State and MedImpact staff as required
  • Developing and maintaining a training schedule of training events and offerings
  • Establishing and maintaining training records for MedImpact staff

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience

For consideration candidates will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree a business administration, education, OR four (4) years’ experience, in addition to the general requirement for five (5) years’ experience, will be a suitable substitute for the Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience developing and executing testing programs for solutions like MedImpact’s solution for the AMPP
  • Working knowledge of MedImpact’s proposed solution for the AMPP
  • Working knowledge of business processes associated with the AMPP

Computer Skills

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office / Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience as an advanced user of multiple business software applications and working knowledge of key technical applications such as SQL, Oracle based platforms, and Golden 32
  • The ability to run SQL queries and scripts is helpful

Travel

This position requires travel up to 25% of the time. Also, attendance maybe required at various local training sessions and/or meetings.
