Responsibilities of a budtender include:
* Knowledge of cannabis products
*Greeting and welcoming customers
*Consulting customers on products suitable for their needs
*Maintaining a clean and organized work environment at all times
*Keeping track of inventory
* cleaning the store
* updating Weed-maps daily
*daily tasks
*Barcoding and pricing products, and getting them on the shelf along with adding them to Weedmaps, and taking them off Weedmaps
Requirements for position include:
* Must have valid Medical Marijuana License(if use)
*Must be at least 18 years or older
*Have superior customer service skills
*Be able to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
*As of 1/31/2024 all dispensary employees MUST apply for credentials through OMMA and a background check through OSBI. These credentials are obtained through your personal OMMA portal and are connected to your person, not the dispensary. Pay advancements can be given to help with the cost of the application/background check. Check the OMMA website/portal for requirements.
Work Remotely
