Responsibilities:
The Client Support Advocate is responsible for providing second tier level support to clients who have more complex and challenging questions and issues to resolve. This may include questions about successfully completing the enrollment process or follow-on needs that surface after the insurance selection are issued and in force. The Client Support Advocate also provides back-up support to the Support Advocate team for reception and enrollment . To do this, the Client Support Advocate leverages internal CRM systems and verifies information through phone, email, text, and other communications methods. Specific job tasks include:
