As a Patient Care Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for supporting our PAP patients in an in-office setting while managing a variety of hands-on duties in order to provide our patients with the best service imaginable. Job Description and Responsibilities:

• PAP unit checks
• Manage in and out of warranty unit process - repairs, estimates, loaner equipment
• Adjust pressure settings & obtain download reports from equipment database
• Review usage reports
• Answer incoming calls and questions, troubleshooting - regarding PAP equipment
• Responsible for the training/education of patients and/or caregivers on the proper use of the equipment and adhering to therapy
• Successfully complete required documentation
• Maintain a courteous, professional attitude toward all contacts, including patients, caregivers, customers, and staff.
• Maintain a good appearance, attired according to the standards of the operating unit.
