What Will Your Job Look Like? The Supervisor, Fleet acts in a supervisory role to ensure all aspects of the operations staff, primarily the drivers, maintenance, and dispatch staff to facilitate that the daily operations and needs of the client are effective, efficient, and are completed based on contractual requirements. What You’ll Do: Supervise Drivers, Dispatchers and Maintenance employees and their daily performance, to ensure safe, efficient, effective operation, including scheduling, expenditures, attendance, and discipline Administers timekeeper responsibilities for employees Builds and maintains the driver schedules Tracks productivity, adherence, time off and production metrics Assist with training, retraining and of company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Perform driver evaluations as required by contract to ensure compliance with ADA, and FTA requirements Train to proficiency in client application process Assist leadership with monthly billing including mileage reimbursement Train to proficiency in Ecolane scheduling, funding, and management Assist with oversight of fleet maintenance program Other duties as assigned What You’ll need: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent Experience in an operational role Possess a continuously valid US driver’s license for the past two years, from date of issue Must be able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening No suspensions, DUI, or More than 1 citation in the past 5 years Must pass criminal background investigation Even better if you have...
