Medical Temporaries, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced :
*** LPN- AA ***

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.

This is a FULL TIME/TEMP TO HIRE position requiring availability on the following schedule in Chesapeake, VA 23320:
Monday 7:45 am to 5:30 pm, Tuesday - 7:45 am to 4 pm, Wednesday - CLOSED, Thursday - 7:45 am to 5 pm, Friday - 7:45 am to 4 pm.

Responsibilities :
A Day in the Life of an LPN.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (Asthma/Allergy Clinic), you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care while abiding by all HIPAA laws and regulations in an outpatient clinic setting. Your role is instrumental in the assessment process for the clinic visit which includes obtaining vitals, reconciliation of medication, rooming patients, documentation in patient charts (EHR), calling in prescriptions to the pharmacy, completing follow-up phone calls to patients, assisting the provider during the patient's visit, and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements for the LPN- AA

• Required: 2 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Required: Valid Virginia LPN License or valid multi-state LPN licensure
• Required: BLS
• Required: COVID vaccination
• Required: Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen
• Required: Must be reliable and a quick learner and have the ability to multi-task with accuracy in a very busy environment
• Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Benefits:

• $21- $22.00 an hour (depending on experience level)
