Urgent Department Nurse Manager needed for Bridgeton, NJ Location.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff
- Oversee patient care activities and ensure adherence to established protocols and standards
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Manage staffing schedules and assign duties to nursing staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
