Travel Nurse Position, 13 Week Contract

Day Shift, 12 hour shifts

$53.07/Hour

• Department: Med Surg

• Shift Timings: 18:00-06:30 Hours Monday to friday (3 Days/12 Hours Shift)

• Per Week: 36 Hours

Roles & Responsibilities

• ​​Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Required:

RN with 2 years of Med-Surg hospital experience

IA RN License or compact license

BLS Certification
