We are looking to hire an experienced *Medical Assistant* to join our team*You would be rotating to 3 sites (Fairfax, Fair Valley, Chantilly)
*Job Duties:
- Greet and room patients, ensuring appropriate patient flow
- Demonstrate ability and appropriate technical skills
- Manage phone triage and take appropriate action under the direction of the provider
- Process prescription refills following clinical protocol
- Update patient's medical chart with accurate action under the direction of the provider
- Provide patient education as well as personal patient care to provide comfort and well-being to acknowledge physiological and psychological needs
- High School Diploma or GED
- Medical terminology knowledge
- 2 years of Medical Assistant experience _(AAMA certification a plus)_
- Must have experience with ECW or GMed
- Must have professional communication and demeanor
