- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information for billing purposes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordinate appointments with other healthcare providers
- Provide administrative support to medical staff, including filing, faxing, and organizing documents
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as Epic, eClinical works
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional patient service
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
